The Annual General Meeting of West Suffolk Wheelers will be held on Monday 11th November 2024 at 7.30pm, at the Club House on Mount Road, Bury St Edmunds.
At this meeting we elect or re-elect our committee members who run the club on our behalf. We also allocate various other roles and responsibilities to a host of much appreciated volunteers without whose many hours of service our club could not exist.

Nominees for these roles will need a Proposer and Seconder who must both be club members. Similarly, proposals that members wish to bring to the AGM must have a Proposer and Seconder, and be provided to the Club Secretary (Yaz Peachey, contactable at secretary@westsuffolkwheelers.org ) 21 days before the meeting, i.e. by 21st October. A copy of the agenda will be sent to all club members no later than 7 days before the meeting.
Note that the next regular monthly club meeting will be held on Monday 13th October at 7.30pm.
