Please be aware that from Saturday 21st March onwards ParkRun will be happening at West Stow Country Park each Saturday from 9am to 10am approximately. Some of the running will take place on a small section of the Wulf. If you are there at this time please steer clear and stay on the main part of the course until the runs are finished.
