Although the weather is forecast to improve slightly tomorrow we have decided to move the track training indoors again, just in case it remains cold and wet.
Pip has kindly arranged for us to use Westley Middle School again (Oliver Road, IP33 3JB).
We will start at 3.30 – 4.30, the swim session will follow as usual at 5pm at the Leisure centre.
NO bikes will be required.
