With the TT season in full swing, here’s an update on how the WSW testers are going in local Open events.
On 21st April, 3 wheelers faced the timekeeper in the Kings Lynn 10 , a very strong cold northerly put paid to hopes of a quick ride but the promoting club’s hospitality was as always excellent.
Mark Eastwood: 27.42 , Martin Pyne: 28.04 , John Steed: 30.42
On the same day, several Wheelers ventured to the Diss 25 TT. With a strong cross wind both ways Richard Farrow and David Young riding 2 up posted a 1:04:59. In the solos Lee Sturman did a 1:01:50, James Wood did a 1:03:31. Winning the event was Alex Dowsett with a 50:19.
