David Young is one of our club’s band of committed time triallists, and also the organiser of our annual Grass Track event. His reward for extensive training this season, including substantial strength and conditioning work, has been winning the Senior category in the season-long Sporting Courses competition for the East region. Sporting courses are those held on (often undulating and technical) rural roads, as opposed to those TTs held on fast dual carriageway courses.
