Hard Going at Haughley

Pip MooreNews, Running, Triathlon

The Winter Cross Country race at Haughley Park over the weekend had another great turn out from the Wheelers – despite the conditions being cold, grey and wet. This didn’t deter several new faces from comming along.
The course was a challenge, as always – a proper cross country course. Plenty of mud and those ‘bomb hole’ exits are just nasty.
Great performances from all the team – with Matt Shingleton deserving a mention for first wheeler home in 18th.

Next event in the series is our home race at Nowton Park on 19th February.  Hope to see you all there.
