The lastest round of the winter cross country series was on our doorstep at Nowton Park. Another great turn out from the Wheelers saw 20 runners take to the start, with blue skies and the course soft, but not too muddy it was perfect conditions.
Another great run from Matt Shingleton saw him first Wheeler home with Keith Marten right behind and Richard Sykes-Popham a fantastic 3rd Wheeler in his first race.
For the Women it was Laura Brown followed by Jan Murton and Julie Reeves.
For the juniors, Blake & Kali Sharman picked up some points at the back of the field.
Next race is 5th of March at Fritton Lake, lets hope for similar weather and conditions.
